Completed in 2015 after a four-year development period, this nine-story structure encompasses 10,000 square meters of thoughtfully designed space, including three underground levels and an exploited roof. The innovative design, conceived by architects Varvara Filatova and Peter Bragovskiy, alongside designer Vladimir Davydov and artist Stas Tratsevskiy, masterfully integrates three distinct stylistic approaches: Art Nouveau in the facade and reception areas, retro-futurism in the main restaurant and guest floors, and 1970s-inspired modernism in the room interiors. The hotel's distinctive design philosophy emphasizes environmental consciousness through the extensive use of sustainable materials, including wood, natural stone, and stone-dust plaster, complemented by cutting-edge plastics. A particularly noteworthy feature is the unique spatial arrangement, where guests transition from an Art Nouveau-inspired reception area to infinite corridors with seamlessly smooth walls, leading to rooms characterized by innovative light effects and bespoke furniture. Each piece of furniture, fixture, and artistic element was exclusively designed and crafted according to the architects' specifications, contributing to the hotel's singular identity. This exceptional architectural achievement was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2016, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to hospitality design and its successful integration of international quality standards with artistic innovation.
