Horosho! Shopping mall is an innovative architectural masterpiece located in Moscow, exemplifying contemporary retail design through its dynamic form and functional excellence. Completed in 2016, this four-story commercial complex encompasses a total building area of 114,130 square meters, including 49,140 square meters of rentable space and a two-level underground parking facility accommodating 1,176 vehicles. The structure's distinctive design, created by Iq Architecture Studio, emerges from a comprehensive approach to urban integration and user experience, featuring an organic, flowing facade that responds to both environmental and social contexts. The building's exterior employs an efficient modular system where 88% consists of typical rectangular metal panels, while 12% comprises unique elements, creating a complex geometric appearance that belies its economical construction methodology. The mall's architectural language was consciously developed to contrast with the surrounding 1980s housing developments, introducing a fresh aesthetic that catalyzes district revitalization. Notable features include the main entrance's seamless integration with the exterior public plaza, facilitating natural pedestrian flow, and innovative lighting solutions that enhance the building's presence. The design has received international recognition, including a Gold A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, acknowledging its exceptional balance of functionality, aesthetic innovation, and economic efficiency.
