This 470-square-foot apartment showcases innovative space optimization through a complete reorganization of traditional zoning, where the living area is strategically positioned near the entrance while the kitchen and dining spaces are arranged along the window sides. The design philosophy emphasizes maximizing natural light through the implementation of grid windows surrounding an open kitchen concept, creating an enhanced sense of spaciousness and brightness. The interior aesthetic is achieved through a sophisticated material palette combining white paint, maple wood, and concrete plaster, establishing a harmonious balance between functionality and comfort.
