Hidden Garden Residential House
Hidden Garden Residential House is an award-winning residential interior design project completed in 2019 that masterfully balances urban living with tranquil retreat aesthetics. Located in Taiwan, this sophisticated dwelling spans approximately 315 square meters (18,270mm x 17,230mm x 3,000mm) and exemplifies contemporary luxury living through its thoughtful spatial arrangement and material selection. The design, conceived by Tong-Yi Hu, creates a harmonious sanctuary that serves as both a personal refuge and a space for family gatherings. The interior architecture employs various ceiling heights to create dynamic spatial experiences, while incorporating premium materials including natural marble, imported tiles, rose gold titanium plating, and handcrafted iron elements. The design philosophy emphasizes the creation of a boundless atmosphere where residents can escape from worldly concerns while maintaining a connection to modern comfort. Notable features include an island-type wood flooring system, jade sanded glass installations, and carefully curated natural veneers that contribute to the project's sophisticated aesthetic. The design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial innovation, material selection, and functional layout. The project's success lies in its ability to transcend traditional residential design conventions, offering a contemporary interpretation of luxury living that emphasizes both aesthetic refinement and practical functionality, while creating an environment that promotes emotional well-being and spiritual retreat from urban life.
