Hi Tower Lobby is an innovative residential entrance space that exemplifies contemporary architectural design through its dramatic spatial composition and sophisticated material palette. Located within a prominent high-rise development, this 200-square-meter lobby showcases a distinctive design language characterized by a diagonal spindle-shaped wall feature and soaring ceiling heights that create a compelling sense of vertical drama. The interior design, conceived by Israeli designer Sigal Zaburof, masterfully integrates natural materials including wood and marble, establishing a refined aesthetic that bridges formal sophistication with practical functionality. The space's thoughtful color scheme combines white and gray tones, accented by warm wood elements and carefully selected green furnishings, creating a restrained yet welcoming atmosphere that guides visitors inward. The lobby's architectural expression was directly influenced by the building's exterior facade and vertical presence, with geometric elements and spatial arrangements carefully orchestrated to create a sense of curiosity and movement. A notable feature is the white marble bench, which continues the design's linear motif while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding spaces. The project, which commenced in August 2018, demonstrates exceptional attention to material selection and spatial flow, earning recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category for its innovative approach to residential entrance design.
