Hefei Vanke Sales Center It Is A Sales Center
Hefei Vanke Sales Center It is a sales center is an award-winning architectural interior design project located in the Binhu New Area of Hefei City, China, exemplifying a sophisticated approach to commercial space design through its thoughtful integration of cultural elements and contemporary aesthetics. Completed in September 2016, this 750-square-meter facility represents a significant departure from conventional sales center design, transforming the traditional commercial environment into an artistically conceived space that seamlessly blends functionality with cultural sensitivity. The design, created by renowned interior architect Raynon Chiu, employs a refined color palette featuring gray as the foundational tone, complemented by wooden elements as the primary material, and strategic blue accents for decorative emphasis, resulting in an environment that balances introversion with engaging spatial experiences. The project's distinctive design philosophy draws inspiration from its geographical context, situated among green mountains in a fertile urban setting, while successfully incorporating traditional Chinese cultural elements into a modern architectural vocabulary. The interior space utilizes premium materials including Sepreggianto, urban grey, hemus white, black gold diamond, wood veneer, and wood flooring to create an atmosphere that transcends typical commercial environments, effectively positioning the facility as an art center rather than a conventional sales space. This innovative approach to commercial interior design earned the project a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2017, recognizing its excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and cultural integration.
