Hefei Vanke Light Of Times It Is A Stacked Villas
Hefei Vanke Light of Times It is a stacked villas is an innovative residential interior design project located at the intersection of Luzhou Road and Nanjing Road in the Binhu New District of Hefei, China, exemplifying a harmonious blend of traditional Chinese cultural elements with modern aesthetic sensibilities. This 240-square-meter development, completed in September 2016, represents a significant achievement in contemporary living space design, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. The project, conceived and executed by renowned designer Raynon Chiu, masterfully addresses the challenge of creating tranquil living spaces within an urban context, utilizing a sophisticated palette of aurora blue, aurora grey, serpeggiante, and urban grey materials. The design philosophy centers on purity and simplicity, incorporating natural colors and metallic accents to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The interior architecture demonstrates exceptional spatial planning, with careful consideration given to the integration of traditional hill and water elements, reflecting the city's historical identity as a landscape city. The design's innovative approach to material application, particularly in its creative use of metallic elements, establishes a unique dialogue between contemporary luxury and traditional Chinese architectural principles, while the thoughtful integration of natural elements and modern amenities creates an environment that serves as a peaceful retreat from the rapid pace of urban life.
