HappyLand Sales Property Office is an innovative architectural and interior design project located in the historic downtown area of ChangAn, China, representing a harmonious fusion between contemporary design principles and cultural heritage. This 835-square-meter property office functions as an exhibition hall that masterfully addresses the intersection of traditional and modern urban development through its distinctive architectural elements and thoughtful spatial planning. The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, features a remarkable exterior characterized by perforated silver aluminum panels arranged in an origami-inspired vertical skin that not only serves aesthetic purposes but also provides practical benefits such as improved air circulation and noise reduction. The building's facade incorporates ultraviolet-proof glass covering three-quarters of the structural wall height, creating a seamless visual connection between the interior space and the surrounding urban environment. The interior design philosophy embraces the concept of a Dream Pavilion, utilizing a sophisticated combination of materials including Bolon rug, fabrics, marble, and specular champagne finishes to create an atmosphere that reflects both luxury and contemporary aesthetics. The project's environmental consciousness is evident in its energy-efficient design, achieving approximately 30 percent reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional stone and marble facades. The thoughtful integration of shadow play, glass elements, wood textures, and window treatments creates a dreamlike contemporary programming language that elevates the space's experiential quality while maintaining functional efficiency.
