Hacienda Summer House

Hacienda Summer House

Hacienda Summer House is an exemplary architectural masterpiece that harmoniously blends contemporary luxury with coastal living aesthetics, distinguished by its innovative design approach and sophisticated spatial arrangement. Located along the North Coast of Egypt, this 1,690-square-meter residential property showcases a remarkable synthesis of modern architectural elements and nautical-inspired design features, earning recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category. The residence encompasses a 295-square-meter ground floor and a 340-square-meter first floor, characterized by its distinctive island-like setting with water features surrounding the structure from all sides. The architectural composition employs a refined material palette incorporating wood, copper, and marble, creating a sophisticated interplay of textures and surfaces. The interior design philosophy embraces a predominantly neutral color scheme punctuated by strategic bold accents, particularly in copper and red elements, while the spatial planning maximizes sea views and natural light. Notable design features include iconic furniture pieces, custom artwork, and individually distinctive rooms that reflect the personalities of the residents. The project's execution, completed in an impressive 65-day timeframe, demonstrates exceptional project management and technical expertise. The landscape design integrates seamlessly with the architecture, featuring a terrace and passageway that enhance the overall serenity of the space, while the contemporary styling and careful material selection contribute to creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a luxurious yacht, effectively achieving the designer's vision of a sophisticated beach retreat.
