Grundig Serenity Tea Maker

Grundig Serenity Tea Maker

Grundig Serenity Tea Maker is an innovative contemporary home appliance that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of aesthetic refinement and functional excellence in modern kitchen design. This sophisticated tea preparation device, designed by Mert Ali Bukulmez, represents a significant advancement in domestic beverage preparation technology, incorporating a distinctive two-tier system that separates water boiling and tea brewing functions. The design's most notable feature is its elevated body structure, where the main vessel appears to float above a minimalist dock, creating a visually striking silhouette that challenges traditional tea maker aesthetics. Crafted from high-performance materials including Polypropylene (PP) and Xenoy (PBT+PC) through precision injection molding, the appliance measures 173mm x 250mm x 260mm, offering a compact yet commanding presence. The design philosophy draws inspiration from a unique combination of retro-futuristic elements and Scandinavian minimalism, evident in its slightly curved body and strategically placed sliced surfaces that contribute to its distinctive character. The user interface has been thoughtfully engineered with an intuitive handle-based control system, featuring LED indicators that provide real-time operational feedback. This Silver A' Design Award-winning creation in the Home Appliances Design category demonstrates exceptional attention to user experience, incorporating ergonomic considerations and sophisticated functionality within its contemporary form factor.
