Greentown Liuxiangyuan Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project completed in 2020, encompassing 1,000 square meters of meticulously crafted commercial space that reimagines the traditional concept of real estate sales environments. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates a sophisticated approach to spatial design through its masterful integration of light, natural materials, and contemporary architectural elements. The design philosophy centers on the manipulation of light as a fundamental architectural component, creating an immersive environment where illumination interacts with carefully selected materials including stone, wood, and indigenous elements to produce dynamic spatial experiences. The center's layout features a strategically positioned sand table area as its focal point, enhanced by matrix lighting that creates visual hierarchy while preventing congestion through thoughtful circulation planning. The space employs semi-transparent folding screens and marble-wooden separating frames to create distinct zones while maintaining visual continuity. The facade design implements a flowing spatial narrative that guides visitors through the space organically, while the negotiation areas incorporate biophilic elements through the strategic placement of plant bonsai, introducing natural vitality to the commercial environment. This award-winning design represents a departure from conventional sales center aesthetics, prioritizing sophisticated architectural expression and human-centric spatial planning while maintaining functional efficiency.
