The design concept draws inspiration from the local yacht industry and the complex urban fabric of its surroundings, incorporating both natural and architectural elements to create a distinctive spatial experience. The structure features a striking L-shaped convex roof that extends seamlessly from ground level to ceiling, while the facade employs a refined black and white color scheme that emphasizes horizontal elements through elongated windows. The interior space is masterfully crafted with warm wood materials, creating an atmosphere of transparency and sophistication.
