Located in the Pearl River estuary bay area's central business district, this 660-square-meter space represents a paradigm shift from traditional office design to a more fluid, community-oriented environment. Designed by renowned Chinese interior architects Danfu Lau and Shirly Lee, the project seamlessly integrates multi-dimensional community relationships with innovative office culture to foster deeper interpersonal connections and collaborative opportunities. The design philosophy centers on breaking away from conventional rigid office environments, implementing an open and free dynamic layout that utilizes thoughtfully placed bookshelves as natural space dividers and incorporating seating arrangements with varied textures and colors to promote equal communication and natural collaboration. The space exemplifies the transition from industrial resource economy to knowledge-sharing economy, featuring flexible interaction zones that accommodate various conference formats and working styles.
