Gream Modern Realm Experience Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project completed in 2020, encompassing 1,251 square meters of thoughtfully curated space that seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with cultural heritage. Located in the core area of a newly developed district in Xianyang, China, this sophisticated experience center represents a harmonious fusion of light-luxury design elements and natural sensibilities. The project, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, is distinguished by its unique conceptual approach of building is experience, incorporating psychological and sensory elements throughout its architectural composition. The design narrative revolves around the fate of the deer, utilizing this symbolic element to guide visitors through a progressive spatial journey that reflects both contemporary design principles and historical significance. The center's architectural language is characterized by an orderly combination of lines and large-area composite board materials, creating enhanced visual dimensionality while maintaining a modern international aesthetic. Notable design features include metal line shelving with integrated luminous lighting, strategic height differences for traffic flow optimization, and a sophisticated integration of starry sky elements in both hardcover and soft furnishing components. The space serves as a cultural bridge, connecting the millennium-old heritage of Xianyang with contemporary urban aspirations, achieved through professional element symbols that unite multiple design perspectives including architecture, landscape, hardcover, and soft decoration. Under the leadership of designer Chunlei Sun and team, the project demonstrates exceptional attention to experiential elements, moving away from immediate visual impact in favor of gradual psychological engagement and temporal awareness, ultimately creating a more meaningful and enduring spatial experience that received recognition for its innovative approach to interior space design.
