This ergonomically advanced headset features a distinctive fishbone-inspired structure that allows for precise customization to fit various ear sizes, incorporating a sophisticated four-level adjustment mechanism that provides 2mm increments for a total adaptability range of 8mm. The design seamlessly combines transparent rubber components with a black TPE fishbone structure, creating a harmonious blend of flexibility and durability. Measuring 22mm in length and 12mm in width, this compact device addresses a significant challenge in personal audio equipment: the wide variation in human ear dimensions, which research has shown can range from 15mm to 21mm in width among users aged 18-35. The headset's innovative physical structure employs a push-mechanism where the transparent component can be adjusted along the black fishbone framework, enabling users to achieve their optimal fit. The design's emphasis on personalization and comfort is further enhanced by air-filled ear tips that conform to individual ear shapes, while its concha cava-oriented design ensures secure positioning and prevents displacement during use. This groundbreaking approach to headphone design earned recognition at the A' Design Award competition, receiving an Iron A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category, acknowledging its contribution to advancing user-centered design in consumer electronics.
