Goh Residence Residential Apartment

Goh Residence Residential Apartment

Goh Residence Residential Apartment is a distinguished residential interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of industrial minimalism and contemporary living spaces. Completed in 2019 in Singapore, this innovative apartment design spans approximately 105.56 square meters and showcases a sophisticated approach to modern urban living. The interior architecture is characterized by its understated concrete textures and unostentatious walls, which serve as a neutral canvas for the overall design composition. The space features a thoughtfully curated selection of materials, including lacquered wood finishing and premium leather furnishings, which contribute to its refined aesthetic appeal. The design philosophy emphasizes the principle of less is more, incorporating clean lines and functional elements while maintaining an air of understated luxury. Notable design elements include a striking dining island that introduces compositional balance, custom mild steel window grilles in bold black and brown accents, and a modern kitchen equipped with built-in appliances and pewter grey finish cabinets set against sophisticated black carcasses. The project, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional space optimization through its minimalist approach, featuring neutral and airy color palettes, streamlined furnishings, and carefully considered architectural details. The living area particularly stands out for its industrial-minimalist aesthetic, where concrete textures harmonize with sophisticated brown finishes and leather upholstery to create a cohesive design narrative that balances functionality with visual appeal.
