Goes Rock too Living is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the fusion of rock-star aesthetics with sophisticated living spaces, created by Brazilian architect Fernanda Marques. This 70-square-meter double-height living room installation represents a masterful interpretation of contemporary luxury living, distinguished by its dramatic architectural elements and thoughtful material selection. The space's most striking feature is a steel walkway that connects different levels, creating a dynamic vertical interaction within the volume. The design's conceptual foundation draws inspiration from rock star Lenny Kravitz's lifestyle, incorporating elements that balance monumental scale with intimate human dimensions. The interior showcases an expertly curated combination of noble materials, including extensive use of marble and mirrors on walls and floors, which creates an interplay of reflections and visual depth. A particularly notable element is the innovative marble bookcase integrated with metal chains, demonstrating an unconventional approach to traditional storage solutions. The lighting design plays a crucial role in the overall composition, strategically highlighting artwork and architectural volumes while creating dramatic atmospheric effects.
