Germgo Disinfection Robot
Germgo Disinfection Robot is an innovative autonomous sanitization system designed for public spaces, representing a significant advancement in automated disinfection technology. This intelligent robotic solution, developed by designers Aodong Li, Chong Xiong, Xinhuan He, and Simiao Liu, emerged as a response to heightened hygiene requirements during the global pandemic, incorporating human-centric design principles to ensure harmonious coexistence with pedestrians in shared spaces. The robot features dual interface screens for route programming and status monitoring, complemented by three strategically positioned nozzles and a high-capacity water tank for comprehensive disinfection coverage. A distinguishing feature is its base-mounted projection system, which communicates the robot's intended path to nearby pedestrians, effectively preventing collisions and enhancing operational safety. Constructed using PC and ABS injection molding for the exterior shell and PA material for the corrosion-resistant disinfection module, the robot measures 585mm in length, 527mm in width, and stands 1063mm tall. The system's sophisticated automation capabilities enable independent route planning and execution, while its sensor array facilitates unmanned operation with intelligent obstacle avoidance. The front-mounted rectangular display provides real-time operational data, ensuring transparency and user awareness.
