The structure consists of two rectangular volumes interconnected by a central courtyard, which serves both as a temperature regulator and a spatial connector. The house's distinctive features include operable sliding panels with louvers for light and heat control, exposed concrete ceiling finishes, and semi-solid timber flooring throughout both levels. The integration of a bee-lawn on the ground floor promotes biodiversity, while the green terrace on the first floor further extends the natural elements vertically.
