Future Forest Serviced Apartment
Future Forest Serviced Apartment is an innovative residential development project located in Guangzhou, China, that reimagines contemporary living spaces for Generation Z through a theatrical design concept. Conceived by renowned designer Ocean Luo, this 1000-square-meter development represents a paradigm shift in serviced apartment design, incorporating elements of immersive experience and interactive community spaces. The design philosophy draws inspiration from the concept of a 24-hour living theater, addressing the diverse rental needs of urban youth through multiple dimensions of spatial design and community building. The project, completed in December 2021, features distinctive aesthetic elements including bold color combinations of red, blue, green, and yellow, alongside minimalist principles executed through metal and acrylic materials. The space incorporates innovative social areas such as a mobile game master hall, joy doll machine installations, and a quantum reading area, creating a dynamic environment that caters to the flexible lifestyle preferences of young urban professionals. The design's unique approach to spatial organization employs layered, linear arrangements that transform traditional apartment living into a multifunctional social hub. This innovative project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Recreation, Travel and Tourism Design category, demonstrates exceptional achievement in merging residential functionality with contemporary social dynamics, setting new standards for urban living spaces that respond to evolving generational needs and lifestyle preferences.
