From 0° to 90° Avantgarde Shoes is an innovative footwear collection that represents a groundbreaking fusion of historical dance forms, advanced manufacturing technology, and avant-garde design principles. This remarkable series, created by Israeli designer Anuk Yosebashvili, draws inspiration from the historical connection between ballet and fencing, dating back to the 15th century when ballet emerged as a dance interpretation of fencing movements. The collection features a progressive range of heel heights measured in degrees rather than centimeters, spanning from a 0° flat shoe to a 90° pointe shoe, demonstrating an unprecedented approach to footwear architecture.
