Four Seasons Exclusive Club

Four Seasons Exclusive Club is an innovative architectural and interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of traditional Chinese and Japanese design elements within a contemporary spatial context. This 800-square-meter exclusive establishment, designed by Jochen Tsui, presents a sophisticated vertical interpretation of the four seasons, with each floor embodying distinct seasonal characteristics through thoughtful material selection and aesthetic composition. The five-story structure employs a long, narrow architectural format with horizontally divided indoor spaces featuring square layouts that house various functional areas including staff accommodation, a wine cellar, an audiovisual room, a tea room, and conference facilities. The ground floor showcases a masterful blend of Chinese-style corridors and Japanese rock garden elements, while the conference room's round window demonstrates the sophisticated application of borrowed scenery principles. The second floor celebrates summer through dark wood veneers and vibrant red accents, complemented by a wooden ceiling inspired by Chinese pavilion architecture. The third floor's banquet hall, adorned in grey-green hues with metallic accents, represents spring's vitality. The fourth floor houses an art exhibition space featuring an innovative yellow bamboo pole ridge ceiling and traditional Chinese symbolic elements through symmetrical wall niches displaying the four celestial beasts. The basement level presents a sophisticated winter theme through its bar area, featuring cold-texture marbles, stylish wine displays, and a decorative fireplace, while the audiovisual room's ceiling design evokes a starlit winter sky. This award-winning project, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial design innovation and cultural synthesis.
