Fleet Of Time Film Memorabilia Memorabilia
Fleet Of Time Film Memorabilia Memorabilia is an innovative and meticulously crafted collector's item designed as a commemorative box set for the acclaimed Chinese film Fleet of Time. This sophisticated memorabilia collection, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in Print and Published Media Design category, represents a significant advancement in film promotional merchandise design through its thoughtful conceptualization and execution. The design comprises four distinct 'book' components housed within a unified jacket, creating a cohesive set that measures 180mm x 50mm x 240mm. Each component is crafted using premium Conqueror paper and enhanced with Pantone metallic colors, die-cut elements, and spot UV effects, demonstrating exceptional attention to material selection and finishing techniques. The limited edition set, consisting of 2014 serialized copies marked with black hot-stamping, contains carefully curated items including posters, wrapping paper, bookmarks, stickers, sticky notes, postcards, a notebook, and a 2015 calendar. The design's sophisticated color scheme deliberately reflects the characters' life phases as portrayed in the film, while its conceptual framework pays homage to both the original novel and the film's 1990s/2000s Beijing setting. This memorabilia exemplifies innovative packaging design by transforming traditional film merchandise into a meaningful collection that resonates deeply with both film and novel enthusiasts, successfully bridging the gap between promotional material and collectible art piece through its thoughtful integration of practical items and aesthetic elements.
