Fireplace Multifunctional Heater
Fireplace Multifunctional Heater is an innovative heating device that combines functionality with aesthetic appeal, drawing inspiration from the communal experience of gathering around a bonfire. Designed by Anna Falkowska, this sophisticated piece exemplifies the intersection of practical utility and sacred geometric principles in contemporary design. The heater features a circular structure crafted from 3mm black steel, incorporating strategically placed holes along its arms that create symmetrical light patterns reminiscent of firelight filtering through gathered individuals. Standing 6cm in height with an 18cm diameter, this approximately 1kg device employs a sophisticated construction of eight elements joined by five precision welds, finished with high-quality matte powder coating that ensures durability and easy maintenance. The design's versatility is demonstrated through its multiple functions: it serves as a beverage warmer for various vessels including kettles, mugs, and pots, accommodating different base sizes through its thoughtfully engineered arm configuration, while also functioning as an essential oil diffuser and decorative candle holder. The heater's innovative thermal management system ensures safety, with the steel structure remaining only slightly warm even after five hours of continuous use, making it safe for handling while effectively maintaining the temperature of beverages. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning creation in the Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design category represents a harmonious blend of form and function, offering a sustainable solution crafted for longevity while addressing the common problem of beverages cooling too quickly during social gatherings.
