Feng Shu Villas Villas

Feng Shu Villas Villas

Feng Shu Villas Villas is an exemplary residential architectural project located in the heart of Chongqing, China, that masterfully blends French neoclassical design elements with local cultural heritage. This sophisticated 737-square-meter development, completed in 2018, stands as a testament to thoughtful architectural integration within its urban context, surrounded by rivers, mountains, and city structures. The design philosophy emphasizes refined minimalism through a predominantly white color palette, complemented by the subtle interplay of Venetian plaster textures and champagne gold accents. The interior spaces demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, featuring classical decorations that create an atmosphere of understated elegance without superfluous ornamentation. Drawing inspiration from Chongqing's rich historical significance as a former provisional capital of China, the design successfully marries traditional Chinese cultural elements with Western architectural influences. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases innovative space utilization and sophisticated material selection. The architectural composition particularly excels in its waterfront and mountain view integration, while maintaining a delicate balance between historical reverence and contemporary living standards. The project's rapid execution, completed within an abbreviated timeframe, demonstrates exceptional project management capabilities while maintaining superior design quality and attention to detail throughout the interior and soft-fitting elements.
