Feicui City Lower Stacked Showflat
Feicui City Lower Stacked Showflat is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of classical and contemporary aesthetics in residential showcase spaces. Located in Meishan City, Sichuan, this three-story architectural masterpiece, completed in May 2021, demonstrates exceptional spatial optimization through its sophisticated design solutions. The structure features varying floor heights - 3300mm for the first floor, 3000mm for the second floor, and an impressive 5200mm for the basement - creating a dynamic vertical composition. The design's most distinctive element is its reconstructed open staircase, which serves as both a functional connector and an architectural focal point, seamlessly integrating the three-story space into a cohesive whole. The interior showcases innovative material applications, incorporating extensive rock materials for background walls and dining areas, while high-simulation green plants create vibrant living walls in the basement level. Notable design elements include the strategic use of mirror surfaces on walls and ceilings to enhance spatial perception, hollow-carved designs in the basement to address height constraints, and the implementation of mezzanine floor slabs to maximize functional space. This project, which earned the Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a significant achievement in modern showroom design, successfully balancing luxury with practicality while creating an engaging customer experience through its thoughtful spatial arrangement and contemporary aesthetic approach.
