Estelle Luminaire
Estelle Luminaire is an innovative smart lighting fixture that harmoniously combines classical design elements with cutting-edge illumination technology, distinguished by its cylindrical handmade glass body and sophisticated textile lampshade. Created in Germany and launched in 2018, this decorative lighting solution features 384 light sources comprising RGB and warm white (2700K) LEDs, capable of producing over one billion colors and three-dimensional lighting effects. The luminaire's design philosophy centers on transforming ambient lighting into an emotional experience through its ability to create an infinite variety of static and dynamic moods. Standing approximately 250mm in height and diameter, the fixture's transparent glass body serves dual purposes: protecting its internal components while creating a visual lightness that makes the textile screen appear to float. The design incorporates both decorative and ambient lighting functions, with light emission in both upward and downward directions through an E27 bulb socket. User interaction is facilitated through an intuitive touch panel on the luminaire or via a smartphone application, with integrated WiFi connectivity enabling synchronization with various online services. The product exemplifies the marriage of traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, featuring individually numbered components assembled with meticulous attention to detail. This innovative approach to lighting design earned the product a Silver A' Design Award in the Lighting Products and Fixtures Design category in 2019, recognizing its contribution to advancing the field of decorative lighting through its combination of aesthetic excellence and technological innovation.
