Elysium Residence Residential Building is a contemporary residential architectural masterpiece located in Itapema, a coastal city in southern Brazil, that exemplifies innovative urban design through its integration of parametric architecture and advanced lighting systems. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning structure represents a significant departure from conventional residential building design, featuring a distinctive sculptural facade that combines concrete, glass, galvanized steel, and Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) to create a striking visual landmark. The building's most notable feature is its sophisticated scenic lighting system, which incorporates electronic glasses that emit light, integrated seamlessly with a ventilated facade system. The parametric design approach transforms the traditional concrete structure into a sinuous form, effectively reducing the visual impact at pedestrian level while creating a compelling urban reference point. Developed by architect Rodrigo Kirck and his team, including Bruno Bianchini, Caio Nogueira, Giovana Coelho, Leonardo Zanatta, Rodrigo Bassani, and Roniere Andrietti, the project commenced in September 2017 with completion targeted for 2021.
