The space showcases a thoughtful material palette combining white, green, and gray BOLON vinyl tiles with the preserved original timber framework, creating a harmonious dialogue between old and new. Technical innovations include discreetly concealed illumination and air conditioning systems behind white cabinetry and within the historical timber structure, demonstrating exceptional attention to technical integration. The project's significance lies in its successful navigation of strict preservation guidelines while creating a functional, modern workplace.
