Edge Marbling
Edge Marbling is a unique form of design that utilizes the contrast between two materials, often of different colors, to create an aesthetically pleasing product. In practice, the artist or designer will craft the desired pattern in a solid medium, such as plastic or wood, and then affix a contrasting material to one or more edges. This creates a dramatic color blend, often with a reflective, glass-like effect, that adds a visual appeal to the product. In other designs, this technique can be used to create a lighter, more translucent effect that enhances the object's appearance. Edge Marbling is an excellent way to add texture, color, and interest to any design concept, as it allows for an entirely unique and creative outcome.
