The space features thoughtfully implemented sustainable design elements, including natural wood window frames with dark lacquer finishes, cement screeding floor treatments, and strategically placed ventilation blocks that serve both functional and aesthetic purposes. The design's distinctive approach incorporates a sophisticated smart lighting control system that enables customizable illumination scenarios, while large open window panes facilitate natural light penetration, creating a dynamic interplay between artificial and natural lighting.
