easyCredit House Workplace interior design is a revolutionary workplace design concept that transformed traditional banking sector office environments through an innovative activity-based working approach. Located in Nuremberg, Germany, this architectural masterpiece encompasses 15,200 square meters across three floors above ground and one underground level, representing a paradigm shift in corporate interior design. The design philosophy centers on creating an environment that embodies core values of openness, fairness, and creativity while optimizing employee performance through thoughtfully crafted spaces. The interior architecture divides the building into two distinct functional zones: homebases occupying the outer ring, featuring diverse workplace typologies, and meet & create zones in the inner ring, inspired by urban elements such as marketplaces and parks. This sophisticated spatial organization promotes spontaneous interactions and cross-departmental collaboration while maintaining operational flexibility. The design's super-generic approach allows for departmental mobility without requiring furniture modifications, demonstrating exceptional adaptability in modern workplace design. Through extensive research, including occupancy studies and employee feedback, the design achieved a 75% share rate, maximizing space utilization for communication and informal areas.
