This Silver A' Design Award-winning project, completed in December 2016, spans two floors with a total area of 253 square meters, featuring thoughtfully designed spaces that cater to both dancers and visitors. The design philosophy emphasizes the connection between physical movement and spatial experience, incorporating strategic elements such as deliberately narrowed entrances and transparent glass partitions that create an intriguing interplay between public and private spaces. The project showcases exceptional attention to technical requirements, employing advanced soundproofing techniques including floating floors and specialized ceiling treatments to optimize acoustic performance while protecting dancers' physical well-being. The aesthetic approach embraces raw materiality through the use of rust walls, exposed concrete surfaces, and natural oak flooring, creating an environment that resonates with artistic authenticity.
