Cube XL Modern Townhouses
Cube XL Modern Townhouses is an innovative architectural project that represents a significant evolution in modern urban residential design, particularly notable for its adaptive approach to preserving mature trees while creating contemporary living spaces. This architectural concept, which earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, demonstrates exceptional versatility in its design methodology, offering residential units ranging from 250 to 400 square meters. The project incorporates an advanced Open Space Design philosophy, featuring non-structural internal walls that enable flexible living configurations, allowing residents to customize their spaces between two to three bedrooms according to their needs. Distinguished by its sophisticated approach to urban development, the design seamlessly integrates with well-wooded neighborhoods while maintaining environmental integrity through minimal intervention in existing landscapes. The architecture emphasizes technological integration through smart home features, including remote access control and security monitoring via smartphone applications. Notable design elements include the innovative Flexchoice system, which allows ground floor customization for various purposes such as parking, gourmet spaces, or home offices, and the distinctive Cubetop feature that can be configured as a rooftop terrace with amenities like a whirlpool or observation deck. The project represents a significant advancement in residential architecture, particularly in addressing the challenges of urban development in densely populated cities where land utilization must be balanced with environmental preservation and modern living requirements.
