The architectural concept draws profound inspiration from Linyi's traditional kite-flying culture, manifested through a distinctive facade featuring an intricate pattern of manipulated diamonds that creates a memorable tapestry of movement and vitality. The development includes a 172-meter office tower, six residential towers ranging from 68 to 138 meters in height, and a five-story retail podium spanning 95,100 square meters.
