Corner Villa Residential
Corner Villa Residential is an architecturally distinctive residential project completed in 2023, exemplifying innovative spatial design and thoughtful integration of privacy considerations within contemporary living spaces. Located in Sorkhaab, Kordan, Karaj, this 510-square-meter villa masterfully incorporates broken lines and geometric lozenge shapes to create a unique architectural composition that serves both aesthetic and functional purposes. The design philosophy centers on harmonizing communal celebration spaces with private sanctuaries, achieved through strategic spatial planning and architectural elements. A notable feature is the rear-positioned courtyard, deliberately separated from the main façade and parking area, ensuring optimal privacy while creating an intimate core within the structure. The villa's sophisticated design includes deep balconies that connect various living spaces, enabling simultaneous activities while promoting energy efficiency during periods of lower occupancy. The architectural language employs exposed construction materials, celebrating their inherent beauty while reducing the need for extensive finishing, thus supporting environmental conservation principles. The innovative use of broken lines in the façade serves a dual purpose: creating expansive balconies with compelling views while providing natural shading against intense sunlight, enhancing thermal comfort. This exemplary residential design, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates excellence in addressing modern living requirements while maintaining aesthetic sophistication and environmental consciousness.
