Core Sound System
Core Sound System is an innovative wireless audio device that revolutionizes portable sound reproduction through advanced Wave Field Synthesis technology. This compact sound system, distinguished by its ability to deliver superior stereo sound from a single unit, represents a significant advancement in audio engineering and industrial design. The device measures 15x15x10 centimeters and incorporates five custom-designed high-output speaker drivers powered by a 120-watt amplifier, delivering a frequency response range of 44Hz-20kHz. Its sophisticated acoustic architecture creates an immersive, multi-dimensional sonic image that surpasses traditional stereo systems, enveloping listeners in high-fidelity sound regardless of their position in the room. The system features comprehensive connectivity options, including Bluetooth Class 1 technology with an 18-meter range, supporting multiple audio codecs including aptX, AAC, and SBC. The device's versatility is enhanced by its rechargeable battery offering up to 12 hours of playback, making it suitable for both stationary and portable use. The design, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category, showcases a harmonious blend of chrome, acrylic, and fabric materials, emphasizing both aesthetic refinement and acoustic performance. Its innovative multi-room capability allows for the seamless connection of up to eight additional units through a dedicated 5 GHz network, without requiring Wi-Fi connectivity, while maintaining simple one-button operation for user convenience. The system's development, spanning three years of intensive research, focused on solving the fundamental challenge of producing expansive, life-like sound from a compact enclosure, resulting in a product that effectively bridges the gap between portable convenience and high-end audio performance.
