CONDOMINIUM Residential Condominium

CONDOMINIUM Residential Condominium

CONDOMINIUM Residential Condominium is an exemplary architectural and interior design project that demonstrates sophisticated space planning and innovative design solutions within a prestigious hotel setting. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space Design, encompasses approximately 4,844 square feet of thoughtfully configured living space, featuring a dramatic 110-foot glass wall that provides panoramic city views. The design masterfully utilizes an extraordinary ceiling height of 11'6 to create a harmonious flow throughout the space, incorporating an open corridor adjacent to the storefront glass, distinguished by intricate hardwood flooring patterns and carefully considered ceiling designs. The layout strategically positions living spaces along the glass façade to maximize natural light and views, while service areas are efficiently arranged behind the structural column line. The interior architecture showcases high-end materials including walnut, marble, and lacquer finishes, complemented by circular forms in the living and dining areas. The residence features two distinct entrances: a main entrance leading to a geometrically patterned foyer, and a service entrance connecting to auxiliary spaces. Notable design elements include a custom-designed shelving unit, modern kitchen cabinetry with concealed appliances, and a sophisticated master bathroom wrapped in translucent marble stone. The project successfully overcame significant technical challenges, including the relocation of mechanical systems and implementation of advanced noise control solutions, while maintaining aesthetic excellence through careful attention to detail and innovative spatial planning.
