Co-real Smart Home Flagship Store
Co-real Smart Home Flagship Store is an innovative architectural renovation project located in the West Lake District of Hangzhou, transforming a simple factory building into a sophisticated commercial space that exemplifies modern smart home technology and sustainable design principles. The 1,800-square-meter facility features a striking white facade organized around a central courtyard, creating a distinctive presence that stands apart from its surroundings while embodying principles of technological integration and environmental consciousness. The design philosophy centers on the exploration of white as a primary aesthetic element, strategically incorporating red accents to evoke optimism and enthusiasm among visitors. The interior architecture is characterized by a grand central atrium that serves as the primary circulation hub, facilitating both horizontal and vertical movement while creating an atmosphere of transparency and openness. The facility incorporates four advanced environmental control systems that maintain constant temperature, humidity, oxygen levels, and static conditions throughout the space, demonstrating a commitment to occupant comfort and wellbeing. The first floor houses a comprehensive product showroom and intelligent experience rooms, while the second floor accommodates office spaces, creating a cohesive environment that seamlessly blends exhibition and workplace functionality. This Bronze A' Design Award-winning project, completed between 2018 and 2019, represents a significant achievement in retail and exhibition design, particularly noteworthy for its innovative approach to adaptive reuse and its integration of smart home technologies within a commercial context.
