City Villa Sales Center
City Villa Sales Center is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in 2022, showcasing a sophisticated blend of modern oriental aesthetics and traditional Italian design techniques. Located in Lishui, this 568-square-meter space demonstrates exceptional material selection and spatial organization that pays homage to its local context. The design philosophy draws inspiration from the region's rich mineral resources, particularly incorporating the concept of 'mountain and stone' through the extensive use of textured rock slabs in flooring. The interior features a carefully curated palette of materials, including Chinese black marble with varied surface treatments, saturated wood veneers for atmospheric warmth, and handcrafted corrugated metal bars complemented by translucent stone accents. The project successfully addresses the dual challenges of spatial functionality and comfort within a compact area, employing dark and gray stone tones, intersecting linear forms, and metallic elements to create a contemporary oriental ambiance. This harmonious integration of local materials and modern design principles earned the project a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its innovative approach to commercial space design. The design overcame significant challenges during the pandemic period, demonstrating remarkable adaptability in material optimization and content modification while maintaining design integrity and budget constraints. The space serves as a testament to thoughtful design that balances tension and relaxation, creating an environment that effectively showcases luxury residential properties while maintaining cultural sensitivity and aesthetic sophistication.
