The design, created by renowned interior architect Raynon Chiu, seamlessly integrates Chinese cultural elements with modern architectural principles to create an atmosphere that transcends traditional sales center conventions. The ground floor serves as a comprehensive multimedia presentation area, incorporating audio-visual displays and consultation spaces that facilitate detailed property information dissemination.
