CIFI Shanghai H Home Space
CIFI Shanghai H Home Space is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies contemporary living solutions in urban environments, particularly addressing the challenges of modern city life. This 127-square-meter space, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, represents a sophisticated approach to multifunctional living environments. The design philosophy centers on creating a soul-nurturing shelter that seamlessly integrates storage systems, variable spaces, and interactive family zones. The interior architecture employs premium materials including plated metal, resin with automotive paint finishes, and carefully selected marble elements, creating an aesthetic that balances luxury with functionality. The space features an intelligently designed living room that serves as the heart of the home, incorporating adaptable areas that can transform to accommodate various activities from study sessions to social gatherings. A notable aspect of this design is its response to post-pandemic living requirements, where the home environment needed to support increased time spent indoors while maintaining spatial efficiency. The project showcases innovative solutions through its integrated storage systems, transformable spaces, and thoughtful integration of materials such as acrylic fibers for comfort and metallic elements for structural integrity. The design's unique approach to spatial organization allows for the home to evolve with its inhabitants, featuring walls that can be modified to accommodate changing family dynamics, from single-child households to multiple children or entertainment areas. This adaptability, combined with its sophisticated material palette and attention to detail, earned the project recognition at the A' Design Award competition, highlighting its contribution to advancing residential interior design solutions.
