Chosen One Landscape

Chosen One Landscape

Chosen One Landscape is an innovative architectural landscape design project located in the Wuxiang New District of Nanning, encompassing 9,896 square meters of thoughtfully crafted outdoor space that seamlessly integrates natural elements with contemporary design principles. The project, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category, exemplifies a harmonious blend of artistic expression and functional space planning through its distinctive features including an artistic front yard, a light and shadow corridor, and a signature dewdrop sculpture. Drawing inspiration from the concept of Dew in Wuxiang Lake, the design masterfully demonstrates the varying states of dewdrops throughout the day through sophisticated light and shadow interplay. The landscape's architectural elements include a black and white marble wall that extends horizontally, creating a noble and luxurious atmosphere, while the innovative light and shadow corridor forms a clear walking path with continuous apertures that generate an immersive three-dimensional space experience. The project's sophisticated design incorporates a back yard featuring a water ramp connecting to the sky, a floating swimming pool, and hotel-style meeting spaces that promote leisure and social interaction. Notable design elements include the entrance's frame-like dewdrop sculpture that serves as a landmark, especially when illuminated at night, and a thoughtfully designed sunken-seat area enclosed by wooden platforms and green plants, creating intimate spaces for meditation and communication. The project, completed in July 2020, represents a significant achievement in landscape architecture, demonstrating how contemporary design can create meaningful connections between natural elements and built environments while serving as a model for ecological city planning.
