Chefoo Island Club House is an innovative architectural masterpiece situated along the coastline of Yantai, China, exemplifying contemporary design principles through its striking glass box concept. This sophisticated structure, designed by Kris Lin, encompasses 20,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated space distributed across ground level and basement floors. The architectural composition emphasizes transparency and spatial fluidity through its extensive use of glass facades, creating a seamless visual connection between interior spaces and the surrounding coastal landscape. The interior design demonstrates exceptional attention to material selection, incorporating premium elements such as Venge, Teakwood, Volakas marble, and White Onyx to create an atmosphere of refined luxury. The basement level features an artfully designed series of VIP rooms and private spaces that accommodate various functions including dining, meetings, and negotiations, alongside an art exhibition hall for cultural events.
