Central Times Loft Show Flat
Central Times Loft Show Flat is an innovative residential interior design project that exemplifies efficient space utilization in contemporary urban living environments. Located in Shenzhen and completed in June 2020, this 37-square-meter apartment masterfully addresses the challenges of small-space living through sophisticated design solutions and thoughtful spatial planning. The project, designed by Sun Wei, demonstrates exceptional expertise in maximizing limited space while maintaining aesthetic excellence and functional practicality. The design incorporates a 4.5-meter floor height, cleverly divided to create a harmonious dual-level living space that optimizes vertical dimensions without compromising comfort. The interior aesthetic is characterized by a refined palette of black, white, and gray tones, reflecting a rational and pure approach to modern urban living. The ground floor showcases an artful integration of premium materials, including lustrous marble, glass elements, and a sophisticated combination of metal and leather finishes, creating a space that balances transparency with elegance. Notable design features include innovative storage solutions, particularly in the utilization of under-stair spaces, avoiding conventional large-area wall cabinets to maintain spatial fluidity. The project's excellence in interior space design was recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2022, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to residential interior design innovation. The design successfully addresses common challenges faced in loft apartments while maintaining a high standard of functionality, incorporating a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and flexible storage solutions that cater to contemporary lifestyle needs.
