Carlsberg Interior Design Office

Carlsberg Interior Design Office is an innovative workplace design project that exemplifies contemporary corporate interior architecture, completed in 2022 with a total area of 1,100 square meters. The design philosophy harmoniously balances heritage with modernity, incorporating flexible workspaces that adapt to diverse employee needs while maintaining a strong brand identity throughout the environment. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space and Exhibition Design category demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its implementation of hybrid work models and adaptable layouts that support both focused individual work and collaborative team activities. The interior architecture draws inspiration from premium beverage production heritage, translating it into a sophisticated office environment that promotes productivity and employee well-being. The comprehensive design approach included extensive research through workplace index surveys and focus group interviews with management teams, ensuring that the final design met both functional requirements and aesthetic aspirations. The project's execution, completed in approximately two months, showcases innovative solutions in workplace design, featuring carefully considered elements such as acoustic management, ergonomic furnishings, and integrated technology systems. The design successfully addresses the challenge of creating a contemporary work environment that honors corporate legacy while incorporating modern office design trends, resulting in a space that enhances operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
