Campeche Beach House Summer Penthouse

Campeche Beach House Summer Penthouse

Campeche Beach House Summer Penthouse is an exemplary architectural and interior design project completed in 2016, showcasing a harmonious blend of contemporary luxury and natural elements within a 370-square-meter space in Florianópolis, Brazil. This sophisticated residential project, designed by architect Juliana Pippi, demonstrates exceptional spatial integration, combining kitchen, dining room, living room, and terrace areas in a fluid, open-plan arrangement. The design philosophy emphasizes a strong connection with the surrounding coastal environment, incorporating natural materials such as eucalyptus lime wood, bamboo, exposed brick, and cement in their raw states, juxtaposed against sophisticated designer furniture pieces. The interior scheme features a bold color palette of red, blue, and green, reflecting the clients' desire for vibrant, energetic spaces while maintaining a relaxed, beach-inspired atmosphere. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases innovative solutions for long-distance design execution, as it was primarily developed and approved via digital communications with the international clients. Notable features include custom-designed fixed woodwork, carefully curated designer furniture, and comprehensive interior styling extending to every detail, from kitchen accessories to bed linens, creating a turnkey luxury residence that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces.
