C&D Group Chengdu Villa Showflat

C&D Group Chengdu Villa Showflat is an exemplary residential interior design project situated on the natural slopes of Lushan Mountain, demonstrating a harmonious integration of modern architectural principles with natural landscape elements. The design, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design category in 2021, showcases a sophisticated approach to contemporary living spaces through its innovative use of a 270-degree master bedroom configuration, expansive horizontal halls, and seamlessly integrated landscape balconies. The project's architectural narrative is characterized by its thoughtful preservation of the original slope terrain ecology while constructing an impressive urban skyline that creates a park-like living experience. The interior spatial arrangement features an open-plan first floor that encompasses the living room, dining area, and western kitchen, fostering enhanced social interaction and emotional connectivity. Notable design elements include the incorporation of a sculptural revolving staircase that functions as an artistic connector between floors, strategic implementation of large windows maximizing natural light penetration, and the integration of themed spaces including a distinctive studio area inspired by science fiction aesthetics. The project, completed in May 2020, exemplifies excellence in modern residential design through its careful consideration of spatial flow, material selection, and the successful creation of a living environment that maintains a profound connection with its natural surroundings while offering sophisticated contemporary comfort.
