Blowing Machines

Blowing machines are devices used to produce hollow containers, such as bottles, jars, and other similar products, by blowing air into a heated parison or preform. The parison or preform is a tube or a shaped piece of plastic that is heated to a temperature where it becomes pliable and can be shaped. Once the parison or preform is in the desired shape, it is placed in the blowing machine, where compressed air is blown into it, causing it to expand and take the shape of the mold. The mold is usually made of metal and has the shape of the final product. Blowing machines can be classified into two main categories: extrusion blow molding machines and injection blow molding machines. Extrusion blow molding machines are used to produce large quantities of containers, such as milk bottles, shampoo bottles, and other similar products. Injection blow molding machines, on the other hand, are used to produce smaller quantities of containers, such as medicine bottles and cosmetic containers. Blowing machines are used in a variety of industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and household products. They offer several advantages over other manufacturing methods, such as low cost, high production rates, and the ability to produce complex shapes. However, blowing machines also have some limitations, such as the need for precise control of the heating and cooling process, and the difficulty of producing containers with very thin walls.
