Blend Shape

Blend Shape is a method in 3D modeling that lets designers create smooth changes between different shapes of a model, like moving a face from a smile to a frown. Each shape is stored as a separate version of the model, and the software blends between them by changing the positions of points on the surface. This technique is very useful for making detailed facial expressions or muscle movements, and it works well with both organic and mechanical models. Designers can control how much each shape affects the final look, which gives a lot of creative freedom for animation and visual effects. Blend Shape data can be shared between models if they have the same structure, which saves time in big projects.
